First, mix the butter and powdered sugar thoroughly.
Add the egg.
Then add the powdered ingredients andknead. (we do not use baking powder).
Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for half an hour. Open it half an inch thick between two baking papers.
Shape it with a mold. Bake for 10 minutes at 160 degrees without frying them.
When it cools down, dip the heads ofthe cookies into the chocolate melted in bain-marie method and immediately cover them with brown cake decoration and wait for it to freeze.
