Maggie noodles bars are a snack originated from Indian Sub-continent. These are fried bars of Maggie noodles, served during evening tea session at a desi household. These bars are super easy to make and with adult supervision, kids enjoy to make themselves a snack out of their favorite snacks i.e maggie noodles.
Once boiled, strain them well and add the boiled noodles in a bowl.
Add 2 packs of tastemaker, 3 tbsp of cornflour, and some water to mix well. Now add salt and pepper, mix again.
Once mixed properly, spread the Maggie noodles on a foil paper and make it even on the surface using a spoon. Make sure the width stays a minimum of 2 cm or more.
Cover the Maggie sheet with another foil paper and roll the ends.
Now refrigerate it for half hour.
Now take it out of the fridge and cut long bars of Maggie sheets. It will come out between 6 to 9 pieces.
Now deep fry them on low to medium flame till it gets golden brown.
