Ingredients
  

  • 250 gr butter
  • 1 cup wheat starch
  • 1½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2½ cup flour

Instructions
 

  • First, mix the butter and powdered sugar thoroughly.
  • Add the egg.
  • Then add the powdered ingredients andknead. (we do not use baking powder).
  • Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for half an hour. Open it half an inch thick between two baking papers.
  • Shape it with a mold. Bake for 10 minutes at 160 degrees without frying them.
  • When it cools down, dip the heads ofthe cookies into the chocolate melted in bain-marie method and immediately cover them with brown cake decoration and wait for it to freeze.
