Avocado Bread
Avocado is regarded as 'Forest Cream', but avocado itself is insipid. If we put avocado together with nuts, that would taste delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 bar baguette
- 10 g walnut
- 10 ml olive oil
- 100 g blueberry
- 50 g arugula
- 20 g Himalayan crystal salt
Instructions
- Slice the baguette.[parent]
- Slice the avocado and mix it with walnut, olive oil and salt, and then puree them.
- Put some arugula on the slice of baguette, and then spread avocado sauce on it. And then add a few blueberries.
