- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp sugar According to taste
- 1 slice cheese slices
- 5 slice children's sausage
Crack 1 egg
Whisk the egg thoroughly
Add some sugar and water(milk is also good), and whisk thoroughly
Add some flour and whisk thoroughly
Heat the saucepan and add some oil, then pour some batter into the pan
In about 30s, turn over the pancake and wait for about 30s
Take the pancake out of the pan and add some sausages or cheese slices
