- 3 cup milk
- 2 cup granulated sugar

- 100 gr butter
- ½ tea glass oil
- 2 cup flour
- ½ cup crushed walnut
Pour 3 cups of milk into a pot. Addsugar. Heat on the cooker until the sugar dissolves by mixing with whisk. You don't need to boil it. Place aside.
Put the oil and butter in a wide pot.Turn on the cooker and let them melt. After it melts and warms up, add 2 cup of flour. And toss by stirring for about 15 minutes. This stage can challenge children. Seek help from your family.
When the color of the flour turns brown,add the walnuts and continue to cook by mixing for 1-2 minutes.
Then add the milk mix and continue cooking while stirring. Turn off the cooker after it absorbs the milk well. Put it on plates using an ice cream spoon or tablespoon. You can decorate it with walnuts.
